We take great pride in our work and follow two simple business philosophies that we have come to live by...the first...”never expect what you don’t inspect” is how we manage our sub contractors and even our in house crews...and the second...and probably the most important of the two...

"you can’t teach what you don’t know and you can’t lead where you won’t go!”

We are primarily an Owner \ Operator based business that handles all aspects of construction and inspection services. Luckily, but not by chance, our business has grown over the years which has forced us to expand and contract as the market conditions fluctuate and the amount of work from new and existing clients becomes available. Nonetheless, we pride ourselves on making sure that at least one of us owner \ operator \ manager is on our job sites at all times. It just goes back to our two most paramount rules that I mentioned above.

for our larger Developers \ Investor Groups)

Our company has worked throughout the State of Florida but now primarily focuses our efforts in Manatee, Sarasota and Hillsborough counties over the last several years. We have provided work and services for 5 different Developers \ Investors. We have managed and/or directly remodeled over 300 homes in the last 8 years getting them back to “MODEL” showroom and turnkey condition. We are excited about the potential of possibly working with you as well.
